This website is operated by Ronaldo Tarin (“Ron Tarin”, “I”, “we”, “our”), a sole trader based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. You can reach me at info@rontarin.com.
Using this website
You’re welcome to browse this site, read the blog, and get in touch. Please don’t use it in a way that disrupts the site, attempts to access it without authorisation, or copies its content, design, or code for your own commercial use without asking first.
The text, images, and design on this site are owned by Ron Tarin unless stated otherwise. I’ve done my best to keep the information accurate and current, but I can’t guarantee the site will always be error-free or available.
The enquiry form
The contact form on this site collects your name, email, phone number, company name, existing website (if any), budget range, and your message. Submitting the form sends this information directly to my email through Framer’s built-in form handling — it isn’t stored or processed by a separate third-party form service.
I use this information to reply to your enquiry and, where it looks like a good fit, to arrange a discovery call.
How we use your information
Beyond replying to your enquiry, I may use your details to book and administer any session or discovery call you arrange with me.
From time to time, I may also send an email about a new offering or service relevant to what you enquired about. You can ask me to stop at any point by emailing info@rontarin.com — I’ll remove you straight away.
If you become a client, I may occasionally check in to ask whether you need any additional services. You’re free to let me know if you’d rather I didn’t.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — things like which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. This is done through cookies and similar technologies.
I don’t sell or share this data with advertisers. You can read about how Google handles this data in Google’s own privacy policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using their browser add-on if you’d prefer not to be tracked.
Data storage & sharing
Your information isn’t sold to anyone. It’s stored in the tools I use to run this business and reply to enquiries — currently Framer (this website’s host and form handler) and my email provider — solely to deliver the service you’ve enquired about.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see what information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing info@rontarin.com. As a sole trader, I’m likely not required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, but I’ll always handle a request like this properly if you make one.
Changes to these terms
I may update this page from time to time as the site or how I work changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated, and that version is the one that applies.
